If you have opted in for a Standard Fabric Shell Package,
Your package includes:
FLOOR
Grey carpet
STRUCTURE
White wall at 2.45m (h).
GRAPHICS
White modular fascia 20.25cm
Nameboard with black standard stick lettering. One unit per open side.
ELECTRICITY
General lighting : led spotlights – 2 x Long arm spotlights and 2 x Lights
1 x 15 amp plug point, plug type d (if you need additional sockets, please order these via Scan and Display in the tasks section- please do not Daisy-Chain multiple extension cables together).
FURNITURE PACKAGE
1 x Cafe Table
2 x Cafe Chairs
You will need to organise:
- Catering
- Additional Furniture
- AV (TV Screen etc)
- Dedicated WiFi
- Wall Graphics (permitted inside)
- Additional electrics
- Floral
Display Materials
Exhibitors and Contractors must have test certificates for any materials which they intend to use in the construction of a stand.
As a guide, plastic flowers (except fire retardant silk flowers), flammable paints and fabric backdrops (unless treated) tend NOT to be permitted.
