The Challenges Group (Challenges) exists so that enterprises maximise their potential, so they can deliver extraordinary impact.  Since 1999, Challenges has supported over 5,000 enterprises in 70 countries, providing over 200,000 onsite consulting days. 

We specialise in a holistic advisory service for small and medium-sized enterprises, ranging from enterprise diagnostics to market assessments, while also identifying opportunities for business development. This is complemented by our training service, where we use a dynamic approach to develop small and medium-sized enterprises and professionals by improving management practice and processes. As an Approved Delivery Centre of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) for the past 17 years, we have supported over 1000 professionals to achieve professional qualifications and Chartered Manager status.
