Shortlist Futures implements large-scale talent programs across Africa, focused on youth, women, people with disabilities and entry-level jobs in partnership with donors, governments, enterprises and educational institutions. We provide on-the-job work experience, promote inclusive hiring, and unlock growth for economies of the future. We believe that work experience is transformational, and lets young professionals practice technical skills, absorb the “soft” skills needed for success, and get real experience that the market values. To-date we have worked with tens of thousands of young professionals, and placed over 1,500 youth into clean energy jobs.
