Sales Engineer – Growatt New Energy

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Carry out sales work according to the company and department sales tasks, and complete various sales indicators;
  • Analyze the existing market and customers, discover the potential needs of customers, guide the existing needs of relevant customers, and achieve sales goals;
  • Responsible for business negotiation with customers, establishing customer relationships, and improving contract volume and profit margins;
  • Responsible for coordinating various internal and external resources, solving problems in the process of project implementation, and improving customer satisfaction;
  • Through customer return visits, understand customer needs and potential needs to improve customer satisfaction and promote customer secondary development;
  • Other work items assigned by superior leaders.

JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Fluent in English;
  • Have 1-3 years of sales experience in the PV industry, like to sell, love to sell. Engineering majors are preferred;
  • Cheerful personality, courage to challenge, strong resistance to pressure, hard-working, able to visit customers with high intensity;

Core Requirement:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong execution force, strong work initiative
  • Have industry knowledge, power electronics professional foundation, the basic circuit, PWM, and inverter debugging method has a certain understanding, and strong problem analysis and solution ability.
