OFFICIAL CONTRACTORS

Below are our official suppliers; some are compulsory and some are recommended. We strongly advise you to use our suppliers, as we are able to verify their services. If you have any questions, please do reach out to our Operations Team.

AUDIO VISUAL

Scan and Display will be providing all of your AV needs; you can start ordering now using the order link listed in the tasks section. The deadline for ordering is 30th May 2025 – any orders placed after this will have a 20% surcharge

CATERING

CTICC is the official and sole supplier for catering at the Yes! Summit 2025. CTICC hold the exclusive right to supply all food and beverages consumed on-site. This is required so that the organisers can ensure strict controls of health and safety standards are in place.

Please see the Stand Catering order form listed in the tasks section please note that all accessories (plates, cups etc) need to be ordered in addition to the food and drinks.

If you are ordering a coffee machine or similar, you will also need to order a table to put this on and an electrical point.

CAR PARKING

Parking is very limited at this venue, so we do recommend that you use Public Transport. Lots of helpful information can be found here.

CLEANING

The first clean of your stand pre-show will be provided by us; all subsequent cleaning thereafter must be arranged by the exhibitor for all stands; this can be ordered via the link in the tasks section.

ELECTRICS

Electrical connections must be arranged by the exhibitor for all stands; this MUST be organised through the order link in the tasks section.

If you have ordered a Standard Fabric Shell Package, your package will include;

General lighting : Led spotlights

2 x Long arm spotlights and 2 x Lights

1 x 15 amp plug point, plug type d.

FURNITURE

There is a wide range of furniture available via our furniture supplier Scan and Display

2 x Cafe Chairs

GRAPHICS

There is a wide range of graphic services available via our graphics supplier Scan and Display

If you have opted for the standard fabirc shell package you stand will include stand white texture walls.

If you want to upgrade your stand from the standard white textile walls provided you can do this via the tasks section.

INTERNET & WIFI

There will be an event-wide WiFi available which is suitable for browsing and checking emails, but if you need a stronger connection for presentations, streaming etc, please order this via CTICC

LEAD SCANNERS

We are working with SmartScan by LiveBuzz for Lead Retrieval / Badge Scanners. You can manage or purchase a license for this app via your Exhibitor Hub; please reach out to [email protected] if you cannot locate this in the hub. 

LOGISTICS – SHIPPING, LIFTING & CUSTOMS

Kuehne & Nagel is the official and sole suppliers for freight services (including freight forwarding, deliveries, lifting and storage). Exhibition Kuehne & Nagel is the only company permitted to operate forklifts and other lifting machinery within the marquees, and can assist you with:

  • Customs clearance
  • Transportation of goods from within the UK and from overseas
  • Forklift, trolley, and pallet truck hire services
  • Handling of goods on site
  • Empties storage
