BUILD UP ACCESS

Build up reminders:

• High Vis jackets and safety footwear is required for all persons on the exhibit floor during Build Up. This will be applicable from Tuesday at 08:00 until 16:00 on Tuesday. Suitable clothing should be worn relevant to the job being carried out including safety goggles or glasses, gloves and safety shoes.
• All stands must be completed within your scheduled time and finished by 20:00 on Tuesday 17th June.
• Power is not guaranteed for your stand until the morning of show open. If you require temporary power, you must order this from the Scan and Display which can be done via the tasks section.

Late Working

You must ensure your stand design is able to be constructed within the timings provided. Late working will not be permitted at this event;
if you have concerns onsite about not finishing in time, please see the Operations Team immediately.

SHOW OPEN

Anyone wishing to access the venue during the times below MUST be registered for the event.

Breakdown reminders:

• Stands must be manned until 14:00 on the Friday. Removal of material and equipment cannot begin before this time.
• No trollies or large packing materials will be allowed on the show floor until the hall is clear of visitors

NB: Please note that all stock and product must be removed from shell scheme stands by 16:30 on Friday.

All stock, product, building materials, flooring and tape must be removed from Space Only stands by Friday at 22:00 otherwise it will be deemed as rubbish and thrown away. All charges for this will be directed to the exhibitor.

There are strictly no children under the age of 16 to be onsite for build and breakdown.
